Growth is no longer about addition but something even better – multiplication! As disciples mature, we release them to extend God’s kingdom beyond one congregational gathering. The goal is no longer adding people and counting how many church members attend but God's movement when we measure spiritual growth in people’s lives, send them out as the church because they have been developed as disciple-making disciples who possess a spiritually growing relationship with Christ, and are on mission with Christ to make other disciples.
