In the Gospel of John, we encounter the story of a sinful woman in need of mercy. She's guilty! Caught in the act! How will Jesus respond? The fact is we are all guilty! All have sinned and deserve death. But the good news is, God sent his Son into the world to save us from the condemnation that we rightly deserve. This story shows us that regardless of the severity of sin, we can all find forgiveness and a new beginning in Christ! Of course, the gift of grace comes with a personal responsibility.
